For the product that answers to a precise Disciplinary of Production the European Community has recognized the Protected Geographical indication.
Vincenzo Caputo is enrolled to the System of Control and Certified as Transformer and Confezionatore of Hazelnuts of Giffoni IGP, in the respect of the Rules Us n. 510/2006 (protection of the Geographical Indications and the Denominations of origin) and of the Reg. US N. 1256/2006 (disciplinary of Light brown Production of Giffoni IGP). In firm over the 90% of the production of Hazelnuts is constituted by Hazelnuts of Giffoni IGP.
