Objective of the certifications has allowed the Vincenzo Caputo, through a constant planning of the resources and a continuous improvement, to improve the productive trials to reach standard of excellent quality guaranteeing to own consumers further reliability and seriousness.

Company Certifications

The norm establishes the criterions for the management of a business system that guarantees:
The individualization of the requisite of the products and services (cogenti, voluntary, I expressed by the client);
The identification of the trials and the necessary activities, of the inside organization and of the resources to hock;
The monitoring of the activities, of the trials, of the performances and effectiveness of the system (results of the trials, conformity of the products to the requisite, satisfaction of the client); The continuous improvement of the system of management.

The certification enacts that the system of management of the quality is in action, applied and efficient in comparison to how much required by the norm. The certification is recognized to international level if gotten through a system of control constituted by national Organisms of accreditation, that have the assignment to train and to guard the activity of the Authority of certification and to release of the certifications.

CERTIFICATION BRC/IFS
Two fundamental standards, to international level, for the certification of quality in the industry of supply of products to the Great Organized Distribution. The certification IFS guarantees to the GDO a selection of the suppliers on requisite of quality and safety, in conformity to the International Food Standard. The global standard BRC for the safety food farming responds to the criterions established by the Global Food Safety Initiative, whose principal purpose is that to strengthen and to promote the food safety along the whole chain of supply.

Certifications of Product 

Hazelnuts of Giffoni IGP

Campania is mostly among the productive regions of the compartment Italian and enumerates among the autochthonous varieties the excellent Round of Giffoni. For the product that answers to a precise Disciplinary of Production the European Community has recognized the Protected Geographical indication.

Vincenzo Caputo is enrolled to the System of Control and Certified as Transformer and Confezionatore of Hazelnuts of Giffoni IGP, in the respect of the Rules Us n. 510/2006 (protection of the Geographical Indications and the Denominations of origin) and of the Reg. US N. 1256/2006 (disciplinary of Light brown Production of Giffoni IGP). In firm over the 90% of the production of Hazelnuts is constituted by Hazelnuts of Giffoni IGP.

 White Fig of Cilento DOP

Produced by the unique characteristics, of absolute merit and you also appreciate to the foreign countries, the “white fig of Cilento” represents the excellence for the commercial category of the dried fig trees. The cultivation and the phases of desiccation and workmanship develop in full him in the geographical area of production.

The Denomination of Protected Origin (D.O.P.) “White fig of Cilento” has been recognized with Reg. US N. 417/2006 in the respect of the Reg. US N. 510/2006.

Vincenzo Caputo commercializes the product realized in the respect of the Disciplinary one of Production and the relative Plan of Control.

Organic Certifications

The choice to follow the standards of the organic certification is dictated by the constant appointment of the firm towards own consumers and of the environment. To national and international level it guarantees that products on which pesticidi and fitofarmaci have not been used.
